Consultant Thoracic Surgeon and Lead of the Da Vinci Robotic program at UCLH. Mr Bhakhri undertook his training at Royal Papworth NHS Trust with a Robotic Fellowship at Guy’s NHS Foundation Trust .

As Thoracic Surgeon he is experienced in both conventional and minimally invasive approaches including Robotic Thoracic Surgery being fully trained for the use of the Da Vinci Robotic Surgical System.

Mr Bhakhri holds a distinct position as the regional provider of highly specialized and comprehensive services for adolescents and adults facing common and intricate chest wall deformities and rib pain within the region. This unique offering places us among the select few globally with the expertise to diagnose, assess, and effectively treat these conditions.

He has developed a portfolio as a medical educator with a higher degree in medical education. Mr Bhakhri has applied his higher learning theories in the implementation of robotic thoracic surgical curriculum in collaboration with the Royal College of Surgeons of England and published in peer review journals.
